We want your Powerrise order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of being placed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase — no surprises at the end.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, in addition to processing time. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@buypower-rise.com.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We'll do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay occurs.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@buypower-rise.com — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it's confirmed lost or stolen, contact us at support@buypower-rise.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
P.O. Boxes
We're able to ship to P.O. Boxes for most orders. If an item can't be delivered to a P.O. Box due to carrier restrictions, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative address.
